Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Go Green Cleaning LLC. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Booking and Deposits
    A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
  2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
    Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the deposit being forfeited.
  3. Payments
    Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  4. Access to Property
    Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property. Delays of more than 15 minutes may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
  5. Pets
    We love pets! For their safety and ours, we ask that pets are secured during the cleaning process.
  6. Supplies and Products
    We provide professional-grade cleaning products, including eco-friendly options upon request. If you prefer we use your own products, please notify us in advance.

Satisfaction Policy

At Go Green Cleaning LLC, we are committed to delivering the highest quality of service. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your cleaning, you must notify us within 12 hours of service completion.
 
After this period, we cannot guarantee a complimentary return visit, as too much time has passed to properly evaluate and address the issue.
 
Your timely feedback helps us ensure your home stays clean, fresh, and peaceful.
